All-Inclusive Insurance Waiver

We believe that it is essential that our clients be covered by travel insurance which includes Trip Cancellation and Interruption as well as Emergency Hospital Medical.

Many of our clients have some form of coverage through other sources or may feel that they are adequately covered by “Gold Card” insurance programs. We urge you to check this coverage very carefully before assuming that you do have full protection. With this in mind we offer the following pointers:

  • a) Many so-called “comprehensive plans” (e.g. Gold card Insurance) do not provide cancellation protection or they provide Trip Cancellation only to a specified amount. Some provide “Trip Interruption” which only helps you during the trip and not prior to the departure date.
  • b) Out of province / Out of country medical coverage should provide emergency assistance which will provide payment assistance where required (e.g. major medical bills)
  • Trip cancellation insurance alone often costs more than the All-Inclusive package.

However, if you have adequate coverage, you are free to decline our coverage.

Important: Virtually all insurance policies now carry exclusions for “pre-existing conditions”, the definition of which varies considerably between companies.

It is often better to have too much coverage than to find that you do not have adequate protection.

Release Form

We have our own Travel Insurance coverage which we feel is adequate. Please provide us with the details.
